  1. All done Kevin. Thanks again for assistance.
  2. Hi Kevin, logs as requested. Apologies for delay but kept getting an error saying this was spam. Raised a ticket but no response! Addition.txt FRST.txt
  3. Hi Kevin, Thanks for your response and apologies for delay in replying. I followed your instructions to check the settings (a bit difficult, probably because I'm using 4.0.1). I found that rootkit wasn't checked and I changed it. I did a scan and it found nothing - Report below. The problem was still there but disappeared sometime during the day., perhaps when I rebooted my Surface. The only other thing I had done was delete reimageplus entries from the registry before I sought your help. It was not listed under Apps/Programs. Everything seems to be OK today. Thanks again for your response. -Log Details- Scan Date: 9/24/19 Scan Time: 9:50 AM Log File: 4e9a1fe4-dea8-11e9-aa89-2816a84ca7f2.json -Software Information- Version: 4.0.1.31 Components Version: 1.0.658 Update Package Version: 1.0.13327 License: Premium -System Information- OS: Windows 10 (Build 18362.356) CPU: x64 File System: NTFS User: SURFACEPRO\nicol -Scan Summary- Scan Type: Threat Scan Scan Initiated By: Manual Result: Completed Objects Scanned: 301189 Threats Detected: 0 Threats Quarantined: 0 Time Elapsed: 8 min, 11 sec -Scan Options- Memory: Enabled Startup: Enabled Filesystem: Enabled Archives: Enabled Rootkits: Enabled Heuristics: Enabled PUP: Detect PUM: Detect -Scan Details- Process: 0 (No malicious items detected) Module: 0 (No malicious items detected) Registry Key: 0 (No malicious items detected) Registry Value: 0 (No malicious items detected) Registry Data: 0 (No malicious items detected) Data Stream: 0 (No malicious items detected) Folder: 0 (No malicious items detected) File: 0 (No malicious items detected) Physical Sector: 0 (No malicious items detected) WMI: 0 (No malicious items detected) (end)
  4. I keep getting a popup warning against a pup reimageplus.com. I pops up every action I make in Edge and Outlook. I have done a scan and opened Malware console but there is no mention of it. The popup refers svchost.exe in Syste32 Folder. How to I get rid of it? I have checked Programs/Apps and it is not listed. See attached file. It also come up quoting microsoftedgecp.exe
