  5. Hi I have a problem with my new PC and the technician from HP that was helping me fix the problem told me that I had a lot of junk on my pc. So I scanned with McAfee, Windows malicious software removal kit and with your Malwarebytes and every scan came back negative, no virus or malware found and my problem seemed to have vanished . The problem was that my hard drive was working at 100% on task manager. Since I installed your software the HD runs in lower % but I don’t think the malware is gone. When I read the report from Malwarebytes after the scan there is a line that says root kit disable. The other thing is I can’t log on your web site to ask for help your site does not allow my password change . I’m writing this on my phone. Do I need your help or am I ok?
