  1. Update. I contacted Malwarebytes support via the Chat facility on my account. I was sent a new licence key within 10 minutes. Great service.
  2. Thanks. That was helpful, especially to know someone else has had the same problem ans it was sorted.
  3. Over the last few days my account has had fake devices appearing on my account which has stopped the Premium version working on my PC. I have lifetime licenses for 2 devices; my laptop is ok. See screen shot attached (licence numbers removed). Despite removing the 2 devices that are "fake", and when removed I cannot activate the license on my PC and get a "blacklisted license" message. The fakes sometimes re-appear. I have put in a support ticket (2708788) but still waiting for a solution. Has anyone else had this problem and found a solution?
