  1. To purchase additional devices in My Account: Log in to My Account. Click the Subscriptions tab. For the subscription you want to add devices, click the Buy More button below Available devices. In the left side of the page, click the plus (+) or minus (-) button to adjust the amount of additional devices you want to add. The ORDER SUMMARY shows the price adjustments you are making. Click CONTINUE TO CART. In the Details page, verify your information. Click PLACE ORDER. If you don't see the Buy More button and want to buy more devices, submit a support ticket for assistance. Cant see the buy more button. What to do?
  2. Hello, thank you for your help. I tried everything you said but no luck. I just reinstalled windows and i guess its ok now. However, the problem wasnt with only malwarebyte but other apps too such as VLC and others

  4. i did the cleaning twice now. but still the same issue. Bitdefender resolved the issues it found. mbst-grab-results.zip
  5. I didnt have bitdefender when the issue happened. Suddenly, MB stopped responding after 10 sec. I do have a license. I unstalled and reinstalled manually. Then I used the repair support tool and it didnt work neither. after that i used the cleaning option and installed Bitdefender to check if i have a virus or sthg.
  6. The UI stops responding after 10 seconds. I click but nothing happens. I have tried reinstalling the software manually and withe the help of the support tool, but no success. The problem still persists. How can I solve it?
