  2. Malware and pup protection are off and won't turn on. How do I turn them on? I am unable to flick the switch to ON - It's greyed out. Thanks
  3. I've been trying to renew my subscription since Aug 20th - and there has been no information as to how I do it- nor have I been able to contact anyone that will help me renew it. It was supposed to be auto renewed - but it failed. I also supplied the email and license key that was requested regarding a ticket that I opened, but I haven't heard anything back. This is taking a long time and I want to make sure that I get the subscription renewed. I'm kind of surprised that it's taking so long to renew my subscription! On my malrewarebytes it says that the status is " Expired- temporarily extended- please update payment information -" Which I did days ago. and I have no way paying for it. Please help. Thank you.
