You should be able to upgrade your account to a bundle of Premium + Privacy after signing into your Account (https://my.malwarebytes.com/en/login). Or did you purchase your Premium subscription thru Apple store? If so, then you would need to purchase Privacy separately. We can only bundle the two products if purchased via our website at present.
As noted above, if you live in a country that is embargoed then unfortunately Privacy would not be available.

Hi Ron, the red dot would indicate an error condition. If that occurs there should be a tray notification or if you open the UI a notification at the bottom of the dashboard.

@Raph81 You may start a trial from Malwarebytes.com/vpn, from the Apple app store, or the Google Play store. The trial is available on 5 devices for 7 days on Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android devices.
The restore purchase option on iOS is for purchases that were made thru the Apple app store. If your trial was started from one of the other platforms then you need to ensure you have created a Malwarebytes Account and follow the "I already have a subscription" path.

Glad to hear that worked.
In a perfect world we would absolutely make it more straight forward and allow you to just specify BBC.CO.UK. Unfortunately the readable url gets translated into an IP address and those can change so it would be a constant challenge to find the current IP addresses for a given site. Should the BBC create an Application (similar to how we recognize the Chrome browser) then we could have a sure way to identify it and direct it around the VPN.

Appreciate your feedback. The extension has to be opted into in order for it to be installed so there is nothing sneaky about it. It also provides protection that can't be duplicated outside of the browser and doesn't create any noticable impact to speed.
If you'd prefer not to use it then it's your option to skip installing it.
