  1. Thank you for your help - it appears that everything is working great now!
  2. My apologies - I'm not sure which is the correct report to send because 1) the first time I ran the scan, I also ran the "preinstalled apps" scan by mistake. It took hours and never finished. I had to use task manager to end the task because it kept freezing and stopping. 2) Adwcleaner didn't look exactly as described. I didn't have a "reports" tab but I have a "log files" tab and there were no reports under the "clean" category. The only reports I have are included here.
