  1. @treed Staff : That worked, had to go back to through where the General screen was located. Maybe it's just me but that did not seem clear going through the automated steps.
  2. No luck. I tried restarting. Malwarebytes 3.9.27. Mac OS Mojave 10.14.6 I've included screenshots. It doesn't go to the Allow activation button. GuruGuy, I appreciate the help. It just sucks that I'm sitting lost in a support forum with no help from the company.
  3. Protection features will not turn on. I've clicked on the Turn onProtection dialogue boxes, opened my Privacy Settings, added the two Malware products and nothing happens. The Allow button does not appear or activate. I've tried to look through your support articles and nothing addresses this problem. There is no one available on Chat support, there is no phone support. I would appreciate some help. I've wasted an hour trying to get her son a product that I just purchased. John
