I have a lifetime license that was purchased from Best Buy approximately 10 years ago. The software came on a cd and the license information was on a card in the box. I saved the information in a text file on my computer and disposed of the physical stuff a long time ago. It's been a couple years since I used the product since it was causing problems with other software I had on my computer at the time. I went to reinstall it the other day and the key is blacklisted for some reason. It has only been used on one computer at a time by me and has never been shared. Tried going through tech support but that was completely worthless. Looking to see if there is anybody else in the company that can help me out??
