    Tried to follow this procedure, but every time something locks up the computer and I have to restart in order to be able to use the computer again. 4 times.

    I keep getting a "free" upgrade box that I OK to download. The offer shows up every hour or so because it apparently does not happen. It is getting annoying. I also get a "Shellexecute failed code 193 % is not a valid WIN 32 application" (error message). I am wonder why I am constantly getting these upgrade boxes, and am also wondering if the error message is related? I also get the free upgrade box when I visit the Malwarebytes website. I have windows 10.
