I sent a ticket ( 2657673 ) in last Wednesday and have not gotten a response yet. I've checked two days in a row during operating hours and there is no one avaiable on chat support. I have a key purchased a handful of years ago when keys were still lifetime. I activated it on my laptop but since I don't use the laptop any longer I went to check my Malwarebytes account to deactivate it but lo and behold my key is blacklisted. This is a key that I still have the cardboard insert with the key printed on--it's never left my room and I've never given it to anyone. What gives?
