After the update my key stopped working. Getting error that it in use on another device. I have had to get my key reset multiple times in the past because support were not able to attach it to my account at the time (feature did not exist for lifetime keys I was told).
Anyway, this time around I tried going through and getting my key reset and now require proof that I have my box from 10-15 years ago? Isn't me getting the key reset in multiple support tickets over the last 6 years good enough? I am not sure why you guys are trying to weed out the grandfathered lifetime users.
