I can't find the source of this problem Just reinstalled all Wordpress websites - and for now no more problems

Yes this is website where I scan this website but orginaly do not show anything I just follow the NETCRAFT and I found this https://sitereport.netcraft.com/?url=https://glamourskinsalon.com.myhostus.webd.pro But this site do not provide any info about the Trojan, Viruses etc How to find the source of the problem?
