  1. I honestly haven't run a scan in a long time; I had disabled scanning some time ago (don't ask me why), so the vulnerability window is probably quite a long time. I tend to stay away from dodgy files, however I work regularly with China and have to exchange files back and forth with them. There's a non-zero chance that I've received something piggy backed onto their files.
  2. Fantastic! Loaded up and performed the scan. Quarantined all issues found. Re-scan after restart found zero issues. Much appreciated on all of the help!
  3. Hello Maurice, Thank you for the detailed reply. I have attached the logs here. Haven't yet tried to run MalwareBytes, waiting on your guidance. mbar-log-2019-06-05 (11-33-26).txt
  4. Hello, Malware Bytes will not load for me. I have browsed through the forums and implemented all of the fixes that I've found to no avail. OS: Windows 10, 64-bit MalwareBytes version: 3.7.1.2839-1.0.586-1.0.10894 When opening from the desktop link, MalwareBytes does not open, nor does it show in the Task Manager or Tray. When opening from the exe, including renaming it to explorer.exe, MalwareBytes does not open, nor does it show in the Task Manager or Tray. I have attempted to run in safe mode. MalwareBytes does not open, nor does it show in the Task Manager or Tray. I have created a fresh account with Admin rights. MalwareBytes does not open, nor does it show in the Task Manager or Tray. I have performed a clean uninstall using the mb-support application. Logs are attached. I have run FRST64 from my desktop. Logs are attached. Let me know if there are any other things I should be trying! Thank you in advance for your support. Addition.txt FRST.txt mbst-clean-results.txt
