  1. I used the cleanup tool but did not do a Chrome default reset. I ran the scan just now and there were 0 threats. So I assume I am all good. Thanks for your help and follow up.
  2. Based on your comments that it not an infection, is there any reason I should be concerned? Can I just ignore the issue and let the adware remain?
  3. Please see attached Zip file per your instructions mbst-grab-results.zip
  4. Scan found adware.heckcall and quarantined it. Rescan and it appears again. Cannot remove
