  1. Asked this is another forum post, but begs its own Topic. Is this new menu item a PAID service? These features are available in Malwarebytes Endpoint Protection and Response.Please contact your sales representative or click here to request a representative to contact you. So I run "Malwarebytes Endpoint Protection", but NOW I need to run out and purchase something else in order to use this new item?? TIA
  2. yes...me too. always worked as expected. I saw no delay with this item. If it was green...I could ping device. if it wasn't on, but I could ping device, then Malwarebytes services was not running. it was a great tool to have/use. Now it's pointless a serves zero purpose.
  3. I concur. Last Seen is far worse than NOW! Would much rather have the green indicator back. Also, I see another menu item...."Suspicious Activity".   4. Well......if it wasn't a "regular scheduled maintenance item", then WE ALL need to know what happened, why it happened, and what is being done so that it does not happen again. I can agree that the middle of the day was a bad idea...so an Unschedule outage needs to be explained. When I buy an Enterprise Product I expect Enterprise Support and Uptime. I am not seeing that. I guess my support level doesn't warrant any immediate response from support...maybe I'l hear back next week? That would work...right.....why not. Who needs to know why something I pay thousands of dollars for
  5. Either way, I would like to know if there is going to be a next time. And....WHY...is this Maintenance done in the middle of the day? Almost end of day here now, so whatever I WAS going to do now has to wait until tomorrow. not a happy camper.
  6. Ok...thats a wild answer.....I get that this is not a "technical issue" per se? And perhaps it is working somewhere else for others. But where I am, I am in LIMBO. I should have never gone to the cloud, I had an uneasy feeling about this cloud crap and it has come home to roost. I hate cloud in times like this, where I have zero control.
  7. Its DOWN again......for maintenance......seriously..in the middle of the day? Why would you do that? And when is it going to be back up. I have things to do, during the day.....so now is the time.
