Is there the ability to set a custom endpoint name? In some cases (on our systems at least), the endpoint name does not reflect the computer asset and we would like to modify it. On our monitoring system, we are able to do this and it adds an asterisk (*) at the end of the endpoint name to show that it is a custom name.

Is there any functionality that would allow for getting email alerts if an endpoint is unreachable for a specified period of time?
