  1. Hi, thanks again for your help. Do you have any insight into why our site may have been blocked and what measures you'd suggest to keep whitelisted? We have some desktop files that make calls to applications on our web servers. thanks for your help

    Our website appears to be a false positive for our users. (We had a file that was flagged last week but we have digitally signed the code to enhance its validity).
