  1. After performing a scan of files within a folder, a few files were marked as being trojans or PUPs. My concern is that I've been scanning these files for weeks now and nothing was ever identified before. Also, these files have existed for quite some time within the folder. Is there any explanation as to why Malwarebytes did not identify these files during my first scan? Could it be something with the virus signatures?
  2. @Firefox @David H. Lipman Thank you both! Yes, I'm running a custom scan and targeted the entire drive. In the future I'll definitely look to do a threat scan instead. I appreciate the quick response!
  3. I'm currently scanning hard drive with more than 15 million files on it. What is the max number of files that the trial version of Malwarebytes will scan?
