  1. There was nothing detected or in the quarantine. The only thing I did was upgrade to the paid version. Could it be conflicting with Norton Antivirus ( which is still installed on this Mac)? I am not having the issue on any other device (all apple products); however, this is the only computer Malwarebytes is installed.
  2. After downloading Malwarebytes, I get an error code of access denied when I try to open any attachment to emails in outlook. It is the only change that I made to that MacBook. I can open the attachments from my iMac, IPhone, and iPad, so it is exclusive to the one computer that Malwarebytes is downloaded onto. I have tried uninstalling the program, but it did not fix the problem. Any ideas how to fix this.
