Hi exile360, I bought my lifetime key from newegg long time back, It cannot be added to the my.malwarebytes and that is another problem, I did submit my ticket 4 days ago and still no response, so still waiting for official help. Thanks

It's been couple of days since my lifetime license was automatically deactivated and have not been able to activate it back. I did submit a ticket but still have not received any response, any help would be appreciated.

I have a similar issue, I cannot deactivate or active , and whenever I click livechat it shown as offline (during their official business hours), is anyone available to help?
