Hi .
I was surfing the net yesterday and I got what looked like a windows warning that I had got a hacker .
The screen was frozen and a guy from Microsoft called me on the landline, he came on and started playing about with the mouse arrow and was clicking on all sorts of things .
He showed me what the problem was and asked for money to clear it , which I thought was unusual.
When I said I had no money he just put the screen back to the warning and he left .
So I switched my PC off then back on and did 3 scans but nothing showed up and It appears to be working normally except there is a security logo like a padlock which I could not get into as that was locked .
Anybody got ideas for me please
