  1. Hi - any ideas why the "Add to ignore list" control is always greyed out? I searched the forum, but every search resulted in the following error: One or all of your search keywords were below 4 characters or you searched for words which are not allowed, such as 'html', 'img', etc, please go back and increase the length of these search keywords or choose different keywords. I'm totally at a loss as to how to 'increase the length' of words such as 'add' and 'to' and 'list'. As this is the name of the command, it seems incredible that it is banned from searches. Any help appreciated, as Malware Bytes has decided to block my domain registrar, and I have to turn of 'Website Blocking' to visit my domain registrar. I don't like turning it off, as it is all too easy to forget to turn it back on. I followed the directions to add this site to the ignore list - but as the option in the menu is always greyed out, I cannot see how to do it. I have the full, paid version of MalwareBytes. I have tried with 'Website Blocking' turned off, and with it turned on, and also with "Enable Protection" turned off and turned on - the "Add to ignore list" remains greyed out at all times. I'm using Windows 7 Ultimate. I also have Zone Alarm Extreme Security installed, and configured to allow MalwareBytes allowed full access to the internet.
  2. Hi. I'm impressed, very impressed with the spyware/adware removal. Over the past few days I've tried half a dozen of 'the best', and none of them could remove the malware which was causing IE to try to open and connect to the net. One of these scanners took six hours - and although it identified many files, it failed to delet them, because when I ran it again after re-booting, they were all still there! In a little over ten minutes, Malwarebytes had removed all, and a repeat scan found nothing!! Congratulations. My suggestions: Firstly, a progress bar would be very helpful. When the program is runnin, I have no idea how much longer it will be. Secondly, can you include an option to delete malware as it is found? I see malware like viruses - there's no point selecting which ones to delete - delete them all!!! I would certainly tick such an option, and I'd feel much more secure. Great program, thanks. Russell
