  1. thank you, do you have any advice on how to prevent and avoid future problems like this?
  2. I did the fix and it prompted a restart of my pc. My pc can now finally be used in normal mode and I ran a scan in malwarebytes and my pc is in much better condition now, no threats detected. Fixlog.txt
  3. I copied and pasted the text into FRST and a notification told me that the fixlog.txt did not appear.
  4. I have access to a spare pc and USB and I can enable the recovery environment.
  5. Ive ran malwarebytes quite a few times now and the most recent result showed a trojan virus. This trojan virus keeps coming back after I restart or shut down my pc. My pc is currently in safe mode as I can't even get it to normal mode due to it giving me a blue screen then restarting my pc only for the process to repeat itself. I ran the FRST and I guess I'll put them here but I don't know whats going on with my pc and I don't know what to do now. trojanresult.txt FRST.txt Addition.txt
  6. I recently got a virus a removed a total of 72 malware using malwarebytes but I noticed that some of the malware was failed to be removed and it is causing my pc to restart everytime I log on. I currently have my pc on safe mode and I am running another scan with malwarebytes. Do I need to install any virus removing programs to my pc and how do I get rid of this? Here were the results of my first scan malwarebytesresults.txt
