  1. Malwarebytes is blocking an outbound connection after launching steam (steam.exe). The IP address displayed on the popup seems to be of a game server I played on, it may have downloaded some custom files onto my system. I haven't encountered any problems apart from the Malwarebytes popup, the system runs just fine. I tried various threat scans and fixes via the farbar recovery scan tool to no avail. Could it be a false positive? I started a topic in the Windows Malware Removal Help & Support forum recently and have been directed here to start a service topic.
  2. No, the problem still persists. After launching steam I always get that popup in about 30 seconds.
  3. Hello nasdaq, I noticed that i sent in the wrong screenshot in the OP. I'm sorry if it caused any confusion. Here is the correct one with the matching IP along with your requested fixlog. Fixlog.txt
  4. Malwarebytes has been blocking outbound connection after launching steam. I looked up that IP address and I found that it's the server IP of a CS:GO game server I played on awhile ago, which probably had me download some custom files. So I tried deleting the game and reinstalling steam, but that didn't work. I'm not sure what's going on, because I haven't noticed any other issues and none of the scans are detecting anything. Any help would be appreciated. FRST.txt Addition.txt mbam threat scan summary.txt
