  1. Have you had this problem, and if yes, how did you solve it? I was billed twice on Feb. 28th. Once by Cleverbridge and once by Malware Bytes. I called my bank and they told me to call Cleverbridge . I called Cleverbridge yesterday (March 1st). They said Malwarebytes has a new processor so the new one charged me and then Cleverbridge charged me too, hence the double billing. So I asked Cleverbridge to refund my payment, which they did and now Malwarebytes is cancelling me even though I still am paid in full (I paid twice and only cancelled one payment). So I should be all paid up, yet MWB is cancelling me??? I am really upset. How can they double bill me, when I asked for a refund from just one of the billers, which means MWB still has my annual payment!?! What do I do? Its hard to find a phone number to talk to anyone at Malwarebytes billing subscription department. I am not a techie, so I am reaching out here in this forum for guidance. Thank you.
