I tried several times to install the software - and the result is the same: The malwarebytes service is running, but I cannot open the software itself. When clicking the shortcut (or running the mbam.exe) nothing happens.
I tried using the clean/support tool, but to no avail.
I also tried to run it on safe mode - and to disable the faststart, but nothing helped.
(I'm not sure if it's connected, but the windows security 'virus & threat protection' keeps turning off for me.)
Can someone please help me? (I'm guessing I should add a log file here, but i'm not sure which one...)
