  1. I also get Error 5 each time I try to install the latest MB update. But when I doubleclick the Support Tool executable, it unzips and then returns the following error: 7-Zip Access Denied. Am I between a rock and a hard place? This is my work computer which also has TrendMicro AV software installed by the company. Any ideas? I really want the new version of Malwarebytes.
