  1. Well until now, i am watching the fourth video, nothing happens. I can see my logo photo in youtube as logged in. Nothing yet. To be clear, the only thing i have changed is login in my gmail account. I go on look further, let's see if i get that screen...
  2. Let me actually test this, i have an gmail account, if you login, you are automatically logged in you tube also. Right now i am watching video's, let's see what happens...
  3. Strange, as said i have never ever seen those messages on my screen. I leave al settings for Browser Guard on default, blocked googleads.g.doubleclick.net in NoScript, and also again in the hosts file blocked. You don't want doubleclick to follow you every where around you go! I also use uBlock, NoScript and I dont Care about cookies. Also have googletagmanager blocked in NoScript. I also have to warn some people, NoScript is not for beginners, it has a quite steep learning curve to use it. Never had any problems with this settings, i can play and see video without any interruptions, and oh yes; I don't have an YouTube account.
  4. So that's why adblocker still work here without any problem. But it's true about Brower Guard, it does not help you against ads on youtube. Browser Guard protects your privacy, it does not however block ads. And don't use the google browser and then think you will have no ads, They are not going to shoot themselves in the foot! Malwarebytes browser guard says it blocks ad but it does not. It only acts as a tracker protection and malicious/ phishing website blocking.
  5. Good to know, i also never comment on video's.
  6. MWB will not block this new rule from youtube, they could end up in court...
  7. I even have no account on youtube, never subscribe anyone or anything. Maybe that's the reason, i dunno. But thinking that MWB will help you blocking the ads on youtube... Dream further... MWB does not block anything on youtube, you need other extensions for that. It only makes that youtube can't follow you and give somewhat more privacy. When i switch off everything in the browser then i see ads, and a lot of them. When at this moment i activate Browser Guard, nothing changes i still have ads. MWB blocks cookies for advertising, and that can make youtube to send an alert to you. MWB is an AV and privacy packet not an adblocker...
  8. I even download that video in seconds if needed. All around me complain, but i have yet to see the first video block. I decide to what i look, not youtube. No problems here either i use their Guard or not, it plays no role. Friends complain, family, but at my computers nothing to see...
  9. Still has nothing to do with MWB... With or without Browser Guard, i look anything i want, as long as i want, no adds to see or any warning. 😀
  10. Has nothing to do with malwarebytes. Google now simply forces you to see or pay for advertising. So you will have to turn off the adblocker for YouTube. Here i have not seen this until now, I can look for hours without interruption. While my neighbor have it and family, no idea what i do specially.
  11. Why you should not use two AV the same time; https://www.howtogeek.com/133704/how-to-scan-your-computer-with-multiple-antivirus-programs/#why-you-shouldn-t-run-multiple-antivirus-programs-at-once
  12. It should work if you deactivate them in my malwarebytes. If not, it could be someone else is using it. If that computer is on or online, it self registers itself every time you de-activate it in my malwarebytes. That's why you should check if another computer or so still use it. And de -activate all you now, maybe you forget one device? Like your phone.
  13. Normally, you only get this screen you show if you want to register for Premium, and it can't contact the server if you are offline, or someone blocked the server. I think it's also needed to activate an trial version.
  14. Yes it was stated in the log for the new version of MWB. Browser Guard integration crash occurrences For people that still have these errors; de-install browser guard, shut down your browser, restart en re-install Browser guard, this should fix the problem.
  15. You only use this option when someone from the advisors told you to do so. Don't play with advanced setting's and then complain that it doesn't work.
  16. Just restart the browser yes, and then reinstall browser guard fixed the problems in my case. I did tell my clients the same, and they told me they have no errors at moment. On my own systems here, everything up and running without problems.🙂.
  17. Did you try to remove the Browser Guard, close browser, restart en install renewed? I did the same on all computers, and have not seen any errors again.
  18. Then your system needs to be looked closer to with some logs, on my computers and clients no errors anymore! You clearly can see your system has more errors that have to be looked into. You can try to de-install browser guard and shut down browser, and install again, also i would advice to completely install malwarebytes with a clean install and their tool.
  19. Browser Guard Version 2.6.10 and Malwarebytes Version 4.6.2.281, no more problems with the service stopping or crashing! Thanks to the team at Malwarebytes, head's up! 😃 New in version 4.6.2; Issues fixed Localization issues with Trusted Advisor protection score Monthly Summary reports incorrect number of scheduled scans False reports of issues with Windows update in Trusted Advisor Localization issues with Scan reminder notifications Browser Guard integration crash occurrences
  20. Just a small update; If you uninstall Browser Guard, the problem is away with Ransom protection enabled.
  21. @AdvancedSetup I will try to get some logs for you, but i am out of time at moment with my father being in the hospital. I know the more logs, the more information you have to find the problem. Have a nice day, Ron
  22. No problems seen anymore with me or clients, and Ransom Protection Disabled. We all have an backup these day's, i guess... Anyway this fixes the problem at moment. In the mean time i did buy some new subscriptions! Thanks Malwarebytes for your ongoing hard work!
  23. I did just tested this out, as soon as i enable Ransom protection in MWB, the error occurs. Further al systems have another problem the same time, if you click the three dot's in MWB browser guard, you see small locks. When you click it, it says; Only for Premium users available, but i HAVE Premium! Edit; Okay that problem is away now, i disabled and enabled Browser Guard and it doesn't show this anymore. Not sure if it has something to do with this current problem. Edit 2; I did do another test, i enabled Ransom protection, error from the service stopping, if you at this moment check Browser Guard, it says you don't have Premium. So yes something is going wrong with the connection from MWB to Browser Guard if i enable Ransom protection. If i leave the protection OFF then everything works good as it should.
  24. Yes same on my computer and from clients, every day you start have one fault like this. It seems that if you disable Ransomware protection the problem disappears. At least on my systems there are no faults anymore. So i did advice my clients to disable this until there is an solution, after that no faults seen anymore. The problem happens on either Windows 10 or 11 systems.
