windows defender real time wont turn on?

hey guys been trying to solve this problem for over a day and im desperate ,i had stupidly installed a kms toolkit and it caused my computer to go haywire , I ran malware bytes and it cleaned a few registry files but it didn't work, I also did a reset of everything and it got my windows update working but I still couldn't turn on the real time protection, but yet I get no error message and the windows firewall works, I'm completely lost, I've been reading through some of the forums that are here.i have used the malware bytes support tool and ran the program an have the zip ifle and it will be attached Thanks! mbst-grab-results.zip
