    Hi, I installed the trial verison of Malwarebytes 3.6.1. Have looked on the forum, but how can you do any of the things recommended if the laptop just freezes. Can't open a thing, have rebooted (manually), so many times today I have lost count, and now patience is turning to despair. PLEASE HELP
