What can we do??? We need to get to this site and the company that runs this insists there is no problem. They do, however admit that this is hosted in Korea "somewhere".

The website https://gcrm.hyundai-ce.com/ is being blocked for outbound connections when we attempt to download a service manual. How do we get that cleared?
