Hey, was installing things on my sisters laptop, ran a scan for malware etc, rebooted after quarantine and the sound is no longer working. This is a brand new laptop which was running fine before the scan and reboot. Any help would be greatly appreciated, appropriate .txt's have been attached Cheers malware scan.txt Addition.txt FRST.txt
