  1. There is the log. I think that's all, you're truly a legend man, thank you very much. I was just about to reboot my pc. I downloaded all this malware from a PirateBay proxy {in my country is blocked}. There are torrents with an impossible amount of seeders and leechers, like 7000 for a not popular game, for example, that was just posted like today or yesterday, and no comments, that's how you know. And knowing this my dumb ass installed one anyway. I think this is an issue from the proxy page and not from the official TPB site, now I can't find them I don't know why. Anyways I thought you may encounter people with the same problems because of the same reason so it may help. Fixlog.txt
  2. Yeah sorry, I think that's is a pre-log. You can save the logs just as the scan finishes and I think that's what I did, but after that, I put everything in quarantine and deleted it. That translation is correct.
  3. Idk where it says that but i deleted every threat that was put into quarantine after the scan
  4. I had like 20 trojans, pretty insane. I just attached everything you asked for. I just reinstalled chrome and I can use it now 😊 mlwb scan results.txt FRST.txt Addition.txt
  5. YES, yes now it does open, I just started the free premium trial. Now, what should I do to clean up my computer, off the Trojans and that CloudNet that I can't uninstall, and CPUID. About the ransomware that i had, i downloaded an antivirus that was in an article that helped fix that, and it analyzed and found numerous trojans, addpops, and 1 ransomware. When it finished analyzing it asked to pay for the program to clean the viruses. I could't pay for it so i manually deleted the files that this antivirus had found. Some i could, some i could not, like this CloudNet, i deleted every file afected by the ransomware that was turning my files into .tfudet . And since no other files converted. So all of this is super dumb but i didn't know any other way to clean the computer.
  6. Ok, so I just tried to uninstall CloudNet and a Command Prompt window opened. I screenshotted and attached it to this response. As for ' CPUID ', I can't find it in the list of programs to uninstall, so I didn't, I don't know how to. I ran the fix with the 'fixlist' on the same folder as the 'FRST' program as you said and attached the Fixlog to this response too. My Malwarebytes still won't open, it shows the same error. Ran the AdwCleaner, found 5 threats, cleaned and restarted. Here are the logs. Ran the "Malicious Software Removal Tool" found no threats. Here are the logs too. Thank you so much for helping me with this. AdwCleaner[C01].txt Fixlog.txt mrt.log
  7. 'Windows cannot access the specified device, path or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item' Is the error that i'm getting
  8. I know I downloaded a ton of viruses from a fake torrent. Some trojans and even ransomware that was turning my files into .tfudet files and making them inaccessible. I think I got rid of most of it but not all, now I can't access some programs like I can't open MLWB or some others antiviruses, I can't open chrome, and some other issues that I wasn't having before. I don't know what to do anymore please help, how I identify what's wrong and how do I fix it.
