i recently got infected with a ransomware i have taken to calling NrPro i've been unable to find ANY information concerning it via google what so ever and malware bytes was not detecting it.
it popped up a blue screen that told me someone was trying to install a "randsomware" and to call a number, and wouldn't let me get off that screen.
i fixed this issue by launching task manager via the CTRL+ALT+Del buttons and then switched task manager to always display on top, then just ended the proccess. process names was "NrPro.exe" with a subprogram entitled "adobe" i then went to my startup tab in task manager and disabled nrpro (of which there was 2 of them), then right clicked, opened file location and deleted the entire directory folder, then promptly emptied the trash. from what i can tell this fixed the biggest problem, but i still have a smaller problem involving exe.erolpxei.bat which i'm assuming hitched a ride or is a part of NrPro.
whenever i try to pin my internet browser (in this case google chrome) to the taskbar it won't pin and if i close it i get an error stating "the item exe.erolpxei.bat that this shortcut references has been changed or moved do you want to delete this shortcut"
googling "exe.erolpxei.bat" i came accross a previous forum post concerning this: https://forums.malwarebytes.com/topic/210449-undetected-files/
unfortunately as stated in the post about the fixlist.txt it's designed specificly for that users problem, so i doubt i'm able to run it and don't really want to try anyway.
can someone help.
i've included all the log files i think i needed to but if i'm missing any please let me know
