  1. Wiping the whole Chrome folder in user local data (except for bookmarks) worked--no block notifications, computer running normal. Thanks again!
  2. Sorry, I wasn't more clear. Just finished the Chrome steps and will see if that resolves the issue.
  3. Thanks much. I've attached the support tool file. mbst-grab-results.zip
  4. I have run scans but had no luck detecting/removing. Any suggestions? Thanks.
  5. It is the free version. I am setting up Outlook in Office 365 and planning to migrate my email. So far, new email has not triggered any alerts, so I'm guessing that EM Client really was the culprit.
  6. I like EM Client, but may consider changing as it is the only place I am having this issue. Thanks.
  7. Hi Kevin, Thanks. I am getting a wide range of blocks (5-10 every time I download new mail), not just from 104..., but also 69... All seem to be triggered by spam emails. On the rare occasion when I get a few real emails without any spam, there are no blocks.
  8. Here is the URL--https://www.virustotal.com/#/file/95b8056f192ce3da12dc923a55583c7e028660e34e1cd1b3e37a82a5e7bee099/detection Nothing found. I also did mailclient.exe.config https://www.virustotal.com/#/file/e924aa03152916f6cec77d0997716e981747cc89ce42adc2df4e3ee2c20bd211/detection Nothing found here either.
  9. Hi Kevin, I've attached the files. Because we have missed emails in past to our business. I have asked our local ISP to take all filters off our emails. It is the many spam emails that are triggering these Malwarebytes blocks. Thanks. website block 1.txt website block 2.txt website block 3.txt
  10. I am attaching the files recommended in the "I'm infected" post. Thanks. Addition.txt FRST.txt Threat scan.txt
  11. I just switched to a laptop computer that was at our office and am new to Windows 10. I wanted an email client that was like Windows Live Mail, so I chose EM Client. I moved Malwarebytes Premium from my old computer to the new computer after I set up the email program, which might have been a mistake, orderwise. Now, whenever I launch EM Client, I get a number of Malwarebytes pop-ups as mail comes in. All are about outbound adware. All have a domain name of .icu. I ran a scan and quarantined 5 PUPs. But the problem is still there whenever I launch email (not getting notices on Outlook or web activity).
