  1. Hey! i solve the problem i use Kaspersky Rescue Disk

Hey i found something i cant open msdtc folder C:/windows/system32 when i want to open this folder i then window pop out "i don't have permission to open this file" and i need to get permission from "Trustedinstaller" and this "trustedinstaller" have more permissions to this folder then me and i can't edit them i dont know maybe this malware is there or im just stupid
  3. Sadly system still use 30% cpu I think i will do windows reinstall and i hope that would solve the problem Thank you for your time i will give you some money later for your advices

Hello 3 days ago my little brother install some wierd software and for some reason windows defender gets disabled and i cant open or even find action center and in task manager i notice that "system" starts use 30% my cpu i scan my pc and malwarebytes show trojan and pup files but after delete that files i notice that "system" in task manager still gets from 0-1% cpu usage jump to 25-30% first i think it's a some windows updates but after one day it's still stays at 30% and i get really worried about it
