Shoot, I meant to save one that had it and one that did not and compare the files. But forgot to do that.
Could you submit a feature request to add more detail when something found in a file such as Prefs.js.
But no, thanks for the help.

Yes, and then repeated all steps X 3 and success!
Ran MB, ADWCleaner, FRST, Reset FF, Rebooted x 3 times.
on 3rd time removed Ad Block (not Ad Block Plus) had 2 Ad Blockers running anyway.
Cannot say 100% it was AdBlock but problem gone after removing.
After 3rd round and removing Ad Block MB detected no issues!
Here are logs.
BTW, It would be REALLY nice if MB would indicate what line(s) in Prefs.js that are flagged as possible issues.

Also check this post as I think it might be more in the direction of the issue you are seeing.
Since I already posted I will wait for the response till I attempt to eradicate the offending evil PUP.
I took a look at the logs and think my issue is WebCompanion - and have found some links for removing but, will wait for response to my original post.

Malwarebytes is flagging Prefs.js with a PUP.
Have included the suggested logs from FarBar and Malwarebytes.
