I couldn't open MWB, tried to reboot and no help downloaded the support tool and ran it, after computer rebooted malware bites was gone from The computer? Running win10 and I think I had MWB3? I'm old and not going to be able to know half of what you tell me to do so pretend you are working with someone that knows nothing about computers. Gus
