Malware bytes suddenly not working on Windows 10

Bibi01 posted a topic in Resolved Malware Removal Logs

I have run the FRST and MB programs as shown on the site. Now what to do? I cannot use my Malwarebytes premium and it looks like I have been infected. I have no idea when or why it stopped working, it has always worked well. Help please? Thank you.
