  1. Hi, Thanks for getting back to me. I'm actually running windows 8.1. Do I need to upgrade to Windows 10?
  2. Hi, Can anyone tell me the best anti virus software to run alongside Malwarebytes Premium 4.0.4 please? I've been having a nightmare. I've had problems with Kaspersky, McAfee and most recently AVG free turned off the Ransomware Protection. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
  3. Hi, I recently updated Kaspersky 2019 to Kasperspersky 2020. It completely stopped my computer from working. I have refreshed my computer and so lost all apps. For some reason I now have mcAfee on my computer but I want the Kaspersky 2020 which I've paid for. Do I need to set exclusions on Malwarebytes so they can run together?
  4. I've just entered my email address into https://haveibeenpwned.com/ and got this response: Oh no — pwned! Pwned on 2 breached sites and found no pastes (subscribe to search sensitive breaches)
  5. I am receiving threatening emails from my own email account demanding money to be paid into a bitcoin account. Why is your malware software not picking this up? How do I resolve this. Is there a trojan or some other infection on my computer?
  6. I have started getting pop-ups from Kaspersky saying Suspicious activity detected from Malwarebytes tray application. It pops up every second and is really annoying. Is there anything to worry about, how do I make it stop and is it ok to run both Malwarebytes an Kaspersky Premium at the same time?
  7. My Premium trial was about to end when there was a notifcation that Web Protection has turned off. I followed instruction on the forum and I have attached the required mb-check zip file. Please tell me how to continue so that I can upgrade. Thanks mb-check-results.zip
