Thanks. I changed, "New window open with:" from "Tabs for new Page" to "Homepage" and the problem is gone. Your discussion suggested that this would have been caused by a rogue bookmark but if that is the case I can't see any reference to such. Let me know if I should be looking for this or some other follow-up to complete my resolution. Thanks again.

My Safari redirects to Yahoo as follows: - Only when opening Safari, or a new Safari window, not when opening a new tab - Shows on tab labels as "AnySearch" - URL shows as: https://search.yahoo.com/?fr=hp-ddc-bd&type=cam-70701043__alt__ddc_dss_bd_com - I have no apps installed that can explain it - I have NO Safari Extension, so this does not explain it - Google.com is clearly indicated as my home and search page under Safari Preferences - Installed Malwarebytes to identify threat; it found and removed several but this had no impact on above Yahoo redirection - Running on macOS High Sierra 10.13.3 My search of the internet does not show a solution to this and I am surprised Malwarebytes doesn't solve it unless it is very new. Any suggestions?
