  1. Here you go! Also, I manually deleted the zan virus thing since they didn't detect it. Addition.txt FRST.txt malwarebytes-new-scan-after.txt zemenareport.txt AdwCleaner[C01].txt
  2. Yes it did. But I still can't go to recovery mode/advanced settings. I don't know if it's because it's a Surface Laptop? Fixlog.txt
  3. I have tried to enter advanced settings, but whenever I do it just restarts the computer, without showing that. Please help?
  4. Here you go. There's something weird about the malware bytes scan. The scan found a "PUP" in a appdata/local folder, that folder is also where the Service Provider (32-bit) is in, but I can't access it, and it's really malware/rootkit. It also failed to delete it. Anyways, here it is. Addition.txt AdwCleaner[C01].txt AdwCleaner[S01].txt FRST.txt malwarebytes-scan-report.txt
  5. Heyo! I recently downloaded a file, which installed a bunch of viruses on my PC. I used MalwareBytes, HitmanPro and 2 other programs to wipe all the easy ones, but 2/3 of them seem to remain. They will not end task, and I cannot manually delete them. I only get "Access is denied." Please help, I am in serious need of it! :) The two/three ones that remain are called - "Service Provider (32-bit)", "Windows Process Manager (32-bit) and "zandorsvc.exe". The zando one is weird since it says it is by Toshiba (I have a microsoft laptop) and was created around the time that I got the viruses/malware. It's also weird since no one knows about it that I have found. Anyways, please help. Thanks! Thanks, Aiden.
