thanks for your feed back, but the first option doesn't apply cause it can't install and the only user on this computer is the admin

Running Sierra 10.12.6

SO I went to update the software and it failed. REmoved it completely... failed again. Uploading Install.log... but there is no "com.malwarebytes.EndpointAgent.log" please help, love this software install.log
