A virus was detected in my computer in windows defender, the support told me to come to this forum for help. I scanned with defender 4 times, the first time it said that it had failed, the second and third time it said it removed it, but on the 4th defender said it had failed again.

i scanned with malwarebytes to see if it'd detect anything, and it didnt? And i also scanned with Eset, and it also didnt find anything on my pc. Im not sure of what to do at this point.
