Endpoint Protection installations are per machine. If the Endpoint Agent has been installed and they are not listed in your cloud console, verify that the required URLs are available for external access ( https://support.malwarebytes.com/docs/DOC-1652 ).
If the external access is available and machines are not listed, please create a case with our support team to further investigate. Please use the form on the URL below.
