  1. HELP....I was receiving the same message....I followed these instruction and downloaded and ran the MB-Clean tool . went ok, when I got to this step: 4. Click on "Yes" to reinstall MB 3.× I clicked Yes and after a few minutes I got an error, I tried to capture the error but it disappeared, but a message said to send support this file mb-clean-results. So here it is. Please help. What should I do next? mb-clean-results.txt
