Anti malware executable and software protection platform service are hugging the cpu, when I disabled both suddenly chrome would cause spikes and after closing chrome a programm named xing.

Sorry it took so long, but college started and I dont have a lot of time. I did start windows in Clean bot but nothing changed still cpu usage spikes

Yeah the cpu will still get usage spikes,I know this because my case fans are set to spin when the cpu reaches 60 degrees Celsius and they will spin for a second or two and then stop
