  1. Thank You very much Maurice! The Support Tool successfully removed the errant copy and reinstalled a fresh one. Everything looks like it should and the Real-Time Protection is now back on. Thank you!
  2. Also, the only other antivirus program running is whatever version of Windows Defender is on my system. No other AV stuff besides Malwarebytes.
  3. Hi Maurice! Here are my log files from the support tool. This is a really annoying problem. Not even reloading software has fixed this, and I fear I have caught some malware. Hope you can figure it out. mbst-grab-results.zip
  4. Running Malwarebytes Premium 4.0.4 on Windows 10 Home. All the real-time protections are off and ghosted and will not let me turn them on. I did not turn them off. I uninstalled the old copy and downloaded and installed the latest version and applied my license, but the real-time protection is still off. I booted PC into safe mode with network abilities and ran full scan with no reported malware detection. Cannot turn real-time protection layers on in safe mode either. Please help.
  5. Here is a simple project that does nothing but name cards and display trivia. Seriously lower level stuff... It's annoying as hell that my homework keeps getting flagged. Never happened before when I used Visual Studio for C++. But this semester using C# I get this.. Thanks for looking. Goebel_Project_1.zip
  6. Every time I try to compile and run C# programs I've written for class, Malwarebytes flags it as a machine learning 97% and deletes my code. When I look this up, it seems to be an old problem. Why is this happening still? I am running Windows 10 Pro Microsoft Visual Studio Community 2017 Version 15.8.1 I'm a brand new student programmer... I'm only making buttons display pictures... nothing nefarious. This is really starting to irritate me as I can't get my homework done. I will definitely have to risk ditching Malwarebytes if it continues to find all my programming homework to be malicious code.
