Thanks mate, I've got it ?

It's probably worth mentioning that i just made an account, *after* i had already paid. I simply clicked 'Upgrade Now' in the windows application, chose to pay for 1 device for 1 year, paid through paypal, and then... it just returned me to the 'choose payment' screen. Some 42 dollars have been deducted from my account, but I received no key or upgrade or anything of the sort, not after restarting the app or my computer. Is there a way for me to get a refund so I can get it for real or transfer it to my account? Thanks in advance. edit: Sorry if this is not the place for an issue like this, I'm kinda new around here
